Herbalism Follow Up Appt

Service Description

This option is for clients who have already completed an intake appointment within the last 6 months with Eryn. In these appointments we will make adjustments to the care plan, make follow up assessments of symptoms and more. All active clients receive a discount on customized herbal formulas. At The Rebel Herbalist we believe that all people should have access to high quality healthcare. For that reason, we don't have set prices, but offer a scale of suggested payment amounts based on household income. You can see the scale below: Annual Household income chart Up to $40,000 $20/session $40,000-$100,000 $30/session $100,000-$150,000 $40/session More than $150,000 $60/session Not all household income is the same. Some people have a greater debt load, more household members, and other variables. Because of this, the household income chart acts only as a guideline. Please choose to pay the session amount that most closely reflects your family's ability to invest in your healthcare. There are no forms, no applications, no judgements. If scholarship is needed, that is also available. Financial resources should not be a barrier to healthcare.
